Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/3 cup oil
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup sago flour (sabudana flour)
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese

Instructions

  • To begin, blend the wet ingredients – milk, oil, and egg.
  • Add in the sago flour in batches and pulse blend. Remove to bowl.
  • Next, add salt and cheese. Mix well until smooth and knead into a soft dough.
  • In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200°C or 400°F degrees.
  • Grease the mini muffin tins well. Divide the dough into 18 equal portions. Place in the muffin tin sections and press down a bit.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until golden. Do not open the oven door before they are done or the puffs will sink. Move them to a rack until they cool down a bit.
  • The Sago Flour Cheese Puffs are ready to serve.
