Ingredients
1cupmilk
1/3cupoil
1egg
1cupsago flour (sabudana flour)
1/2tspsalt
1/2cupgrated cheddar cheese
Instructions
To begin, blend the wet ingredients - milk, oil, and egg.
Add in the sago flour in batches and pulse blend. Remove to bowl.
Next, add salt and cheese. Mix well until smooth and knead into a soft dough.
In the meantime, preheat the oven to 200°C or 400°F degrees.
Grease the mini muffin tins well. Divide the dough into 18 equal portions. Place in the muffin tin sections and press down a bit.
Bake for 20 minutes or until golden. Do not open the oven door before they are done or the puffs will sink. Move them to a rack until they cool down a bit.
