Ingredients
1cup cubed watermelon (deseeded)
1cupdiced mangoes
1cupdiced cucumber
1/2cupchopped onions
1/2cupchopped coriander leaves
1/2tspSalt or to taste
For the dressing
2tbsplemon juice
2tsplight Soy sauce
1tbsp honey
1/2tspred chilli flakes
For garnish
1/2tspsesame seeds
1tbspchopped green coriander leaves
Instructions
To begin, prepare the dressing. Mix lemon juice, light soy sauce, honey, and red chilli flakes in a bowl. Keep aside.
Next, mix watermelon, mangoes, cucumber, onions, and coriander leaves in a large bowl. Add in the dressing. Mix well. Test the salt and add more if required. Refrigerate until chilled.
Before serving, garnish with sesame seeds and chopped coriander leaves.
