Summer Watermelon Mango Salad

Looking for a refreshing, flavorful salad to enjoy on a hot summer day? Ready in just a few minutes using simple ingredients, the Summer Watermelon Mango Salad is packed with vitamins and minerals. 


  • 1 cup cubed watermelon (deseeded)
  • 1 cup diced mangoes
  • 1 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 1/2 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/2 tsp Salt or to taste

For the dressing

  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 2 tsp light Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/2 tsp red chilli flakes

For garnish

  • 1/2 tsp sesame seeds
  • 1 tbsp chopped green coriander leaves


  • To begin, prepare the dressing. Mix lemon juice, light soy sauce, honey, and red chilli flakes in a bowl. Keep aside.
  • Next, mix watermelon, mangoes, cucumber, onions, and coriander leaves in a large bowl. Add in the dressing. Mix well. Test the salt and add more if required. Refrigerate until chilled.
  • Before serving, garnish with sesame seeds and chopped coriander leaves.
