Fresh and Chunky Guacamole

Guacamole is a classic Mexican dip using avocados with a rich flavor and creamy texture. Try out this quick and easy recipe for a fresh and chunky version that is as refreshing as it is delicious.

Ingredients

  • 2 avocados
  • 1/2 cup chopped onions
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1/2 cup deseeded and chopped tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 chopped jalapenos
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste

Instructions

  • Slice the avocados in half. Remove the pit. Scoop the flesh into a bowl. Mash to the desired consistency.
  • Add in the lemon juice and mix well so that the avocados don’t oxidize and change color.
  • Add onions, garlic, tomatoes, jalapenos, coriander, and salt. Mix well. Add more salt and lime juice as per taste.
  • Guacamole is ready to serve. Serve with nachos or tortilla chips.
