Strawberry Mimosa Mocktail

Bring summer into your home with a crisp, virgin strawberry mimosa cocktail that is full of flavor. The perfect brunch mocktail.

Ingredients

  • 8-10 fresh strawberries
  • 500 ml club soda
  • 500 ml orange juice
  • 1 lemon
  • 2-3 sprigs of mint leaves

Instructions

  • Clean and cut the strawberries. Blend them into a smooth paste. DO NOT add water.
  • In a champagne flute, pour 3 tsp of strawberry pulp forming a layer.
  • Holding the glass at 45 degrees angles, pour the club coda very slowly without disturbing the strawberry layer. Fill it to about two-thirds.
  • Top it with the orange juice without disturbing the strawberry layer.
  • The Strawberry Mimosa Mocktail is ready to serve. Garnish with half a strawberry, a slice of lemon, and a spring of fresh mint leaves.

  1. You can use frozen strawberries but fresh ones work best for this drink.
