Potato is indeed the king of all veggies. In thirty years of life, I have never tasted aloo raita and now I am regretting it why not? This has aloo and yogurt, both the things I absolutely love eating. Will try to make it this weekend 🙂

Total nostalgia, Madhuji. My dad loved aloo raita and my mom used to make it every other day. He never liked plain curd and would say why dont you just churn it. I havent seen anybody making it these days. I am going to make it soon for myself 🙂 Thank you for this forgotten memory.
