Cinnamon Banana Smoothie

Kick start your day with a cinnamon banana smoothie. Thick, creamy, and refreshing, this 5 ingredient smoothie is easy to make and ready in minutes. Try out the healthy nut-free recipe.
- 2 large bananas
- 2 cups whole milk
- 4 tbsp yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
- Sugar as per taste
- A few slices of banana
- Cinnamon powder
- Peel, slice, and freeze the bananas. Preferably overnight.
- To make the smoothie, blend together bananas, whole milk, yoghurt, cinnamon powder, and sugar until smooth. Make sure the bananas are well frozen for a thicker consistency.
- Pour it into a serving glass.
- Garnish with sliced bananas and a pinch of cinnamon powder. Serve immediately.
