Kick start your day with a cinnamon banana smoothie. Thick, creamy, and refreshing, this 5 ingredient smoothie is easy to make and ready in minutes. Try out the healthy nut-free recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 large bananas
  • 2 cups whole milk
  • 4 tbsp yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder
  • Sugar as per taste

For garnishing

  • A few slices of banana
  • Cinnamon powder

Instructions

  • Peel, slice, and freeze the bananas. Preferably overnight.
  • To make the smoothie, blend together bananas, whole milk, yoghurt, cinnamon powder, and sugar until smooth. Make sure the bananas are well frozen for a thicker consistency.
  • Pour it into a serving glass.
  • Garnish with sliced bananas and a pinch of cinnamon powder. Serve immediately.
