  • 2 tbsp coriander powder (dhania)
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 2 tsp chilli sauce
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper powder
  • 1 egg

For dredging

  • 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup rice flour
  • 1/4 cup cornflour
  • 1 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1 tsp Kashmiri red chilli powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • To begin, cut the boneless chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces.
  • Marinate with ginger garlic paste, curd, cumin powder, coriander powder, salt, Kashmiri red chilli powder, chilli sauce, black pepper powder, vinegar, and egg. Mix well and leave it to marinate for at least half an hour.
  • For dredging, in a large bowl, mix together all-purpose flour, rice flour, and cornflour. Season it with salt and Kashmiri red chilli. Add in the baking powder. Mix well.
