My parents cannot digest egg but I’m sure they miss omelettes. I’ll send this recipe to my mother. Sounds like a delicious stuffed cheela. πŸ™‚

I’ll admit that I did a double take at the title. Eggless Omelette?! Then I read the awesome recipe! My parents are vegetarian, I must make this for them. Thank you, Madhuji!

Yes, it look like egg omlete only. Sometime I also get bored by eating plain besan chilla n egg omelet. This recipe is something new by using bread crumbs. Look nice n must be tasty.

Once I tried eggless omelette with all-purpose flour and cornflower. I think this recipe with besan will be more tasty. Sure will try.

Eggless omelette is an oxymoron in itself that caught my eye. It’s definitely worth trying.

Though i eat egg iam not very fond of it. It has to be cooked correctly so that i dont get the smell. So i usually avoid eggs….only have them in bakery products. This one looks yummy to try and solves my prob as well!

Its been more than 2 years, we left eating eggs but we miss Omelette, to be frank, I am the one who misses it the most. This looks like a delicious recipe and the best part is that I can eat this on any day, even on Tuesday and Thursday.
