Cauliflower or gobi manchurian tastes great when cooked well. We often order it through swiggy as a side dish. Never tried making it at home. Will try out your recipe.

Ohh aunty I just love Manchurian. I love veg Manchurian more than non veg one. And I love to eat them with fried rice or polao. Loved your dish. Water in my mouth. Yummmm.

I lived in Mysore for 5 years. Without many options of non-veg there, this had become my comfort food for a long time.

The best thing I like about Manchurian is it can be served with or without gravy. My choice is always with gravy. Its slightly gloomy here today and I think, my dinner is sorted-noddles with gobhi Manchurian..

It’s such a good option when you don’t want to get into the trouble of making manchurian balls. Such a cool snack.
