Hibiscus Iced Tea

Fresh and fruity with a hint of tartness. Rich in anti-oxidants. This refreshing 3-ingredient Hibiscus Iced Tea is quick and easy to make and full of natural goodness.
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp dried hibiscus flowers
- 2 cups water
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
For garnish
- Ice cubes
- Lemon slices
- Sprigs of mint leaves
Instructions
- Bring water to a boil. Remove from heat. Add in the dried hibiscus flowers and let them steep for 10-15 minutes.
- Strain the mixture into a pitcher. Add in the honey and mix well. Refrigerate until chilled.
- Before serving, add the lemon juice and mix.
- To serve, drop in a few slices of lemon and ice cubes into a serving glass. Pour in the chilled hibiscus tea. Garnish with a sprig of mint.

Nice recipe? Can I let the hibiscus flowers dry naturally or should I dry it under the sun or through some other mechanism.

Thank you so much 😊. Sun-drying them is the best. It would not take more than 2-3 days in this heat.
