Orange Marmalade Chicken Wings

Juicy chicken wings coated in a sweet, sticky, and spicy orange marmalade glaze. The pan-fried Orange Marmalade Chicken Wings are super easy to make and absolutely finger-licking. 

Ingredients

  • 500 gms chicken wings
  • 1/2 tsp salt or to taste
  • 1/2 tsp white pepper powder
  • 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp chopped garlic
  • Sesame seeds for ganish

For the sauce

  • 3/4 cup orange marmalade
  • 3 tbsp sweet chilli sauce

Instructions

  • To begin, season the chicken wings with salt, white pepper powder, and ginger garlic paste.
  • In another bowl, prepare the sauce mixture with marmalade and sweet chilli sauce. Mix well.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in a pan on medium heat. Add the marinated wings and sear. Cook until the wings are done. Remove and keep aside.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil in the same pan. Add in the chopped garlic.
  • As it changes color, add the sauce mix along with the wings. Toss until well coated. And the sauce thickens a bit
  • The Orange Marmalade Chicken Wings are ready to serve. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and serve hot.
